How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Choosingmonster Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise With Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Choosingmonster Pest Control
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, tell us too. Feedback helps us keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Choosingmonster Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make choices for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency in Pennsylvania that oversees pest control.

How to File

Email contact@choosingmonster.lat and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

What Happens After You Write

We reply by email to confirm we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Last, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
