How Our Network Works for Homeowners

Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent provider in our network. That is a local pest or wildlife business. It is not Choosingmonster Pest Control.
We do not list staff names or profiles here. We are a referral service. The provider you speak with does the work and stands behind it.
What Happens on the First Call
The first talk is short. Expect questions like these:
- What have you seen? Droppings, bites, noises, wood dust?
- Where in the house did you see it?
- How long has it been going on?
- Is it a single-family home or a multi-family building?
Your answers help the provider guess what is going on. Then they set up a visit, or they explain the next step. Timing varies by provider.
What to Ask a Provider
This may be your first time. Here is a short list to keep in hand.
- Are you licensed and insured here? Ask for proof.
- What is the cause? A good fix goes after the source.
- What will you do, step by step? Ask for plain words.
- How will you close entry points? This matters most for mice, rats and wildlife.
- Is the work covered if the problem returns? Ask what the provider offers and get it in writing.
- What is the total cost? Ask for a written quote. Prices vary by job.
- Are products safe for kids and pets? Ask what to do before and after.
Keep the Paper Trail
Save the quote, the notes and any photos. They help if you file an insurance claim. They also help when you sell. A buyer may ask what was done and when.
You Are in Control
You do not have to say yes. You can get more than one estimate. You can ask questions as many times as you need. A good provider will not rush you.
If something feels off, say so. You can end the talk and try another provider.
